Yes. Dr. Sultan offers telehealth for wellness and nutrition care, so patients can access personalized guidance from home. Telehealth patients need to visit the Homewood office at least once a year, and aesthetic treatments are performed in person.

Vitalogy is a cash practice and does not bill insurance directly. For lab work, the team can provide documentation you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What are your hours?
Monday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
