As a Functional Diagnostic Practitioner (FDN-P), my job is to help uncover the underlying contributors to your body’s imbalance. 

Home Life 

When I’m not working, you’ll find me being active with my husband, my two fur babies, my mom, or several close friends who love the active lifestyle too. Hiking, lifting, traveling, working on our property, spending time with  friends and family (fur family included) fills my heart and life with lots of joy.

Tracey McKenzie, FDN-P

Hi, I am Tracey McKenzie and I am delighted to introduce myself as the newest member of the Wellness team at Vitalogy Wellness and Med-Spa. Originally from Ohio, my deep-seated passion for health and wellness took root during my formative years, engaging deeply in sports and physical activities. This passion guided me to Ohio State University, where I obtained both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in exercise science.

My professional journey began in the realms of strength and conditioning, later branching out into personal training. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, from weekend sports enthusiasts and those with disabilities to professional athletes.

A significant shift occurred 16 years ago when I relocated to North Carolina. It was here that I decided to enhance my education and professional capabilities by obtaining my RN. This decision paved the way for me to establish my own business. This venture was centered on empowering women, guiding them towards achieving optimal wellness through group training sessions and various other wellness initiatives.

My personal exploration of the functional health space yielded profound personal benefits, prompting me to acquire my FDN-P certification. This endeavor allowed me not only to optimize my own wellness but also assist close family and friends in their respective health journeys.

As I join the dedicated team at Vitalogy, I look forward to extending my support, knowledge, and encouragement to women seeking to discover their best wellness. Optimizing wellness and HealthSpan has always been more than just a job to me; it’s a passion and a calling. I find immense satisfaction in contributing to others’ successes and guiding them through challenging times. I am eager to embark on this new chapter and work closely with Dr. Sultan and all of you at Vitalogy Wellness and Med-Spa in Homewood, AL.
